Book Chinenye as a Speaker
"When we lost our stories, we lost our structures.
I'm building them back, book by book.”
Chinenye Egbuna Ikwuemesi is a mythologist, systems thinker, and narrative strategist who reframes African history through the restoration of indigenous mythology. She is building the largest mytho-historical canon of African civilisations in modern history, The Bridgeworks Codex, which distils the power and magnetism of African storytelling and civilisational structure and Afromantasy, exploring Africa's mythical literary and physical landscapes for extraordinary fantasy tales.
Chinenye is a narrative strategist and a mytho-political force rebuilding the memory infrastructure of the Black world, reframing African history through the excavation of erased mythologies.
A speaker unlike any other in the field today, Chinenye draws on African mythology as civilisational code: the operating system that once governed justice, timekeeping, governance, ecology, and spiritual order across African societies. Where others offer critique, she offers correction and connection. Where others seek representation, she brings restoration.
She doesn’t merely reflect injustice; she exposes the underlying architecture.
She doesn’t just retell African history; she is restoring the systems that once upheld it.
She doesn’t ask for inclusion; she is bringing back the blueprint.
